What to expect when dropping off your vehicle:
One of our highly-skilled collision repair estimators will gladly supply you with a detailed written estimate that includes a complete description of the repairs. If necessary, our estimator will arrange for a rental car for you from our convenient, on-site Enterprise Rent-a-Car location.

What to expect when your vehicle is being repaired:
We will be diligent about providing you with continuous updates to keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle during the entire repair process and through our "performance loop." Because we use only the latest state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, sophisticated methods and a meticulous standard operating procedure for each every collision repair job, we can guarantee that we bring back the factory-fresh-look of your vehicle. What to expect once your vehicle is ready:
The Performance Collision Center team will wash, dry, vacuum and complete a multi-point quality control check before we present you with your fully repaired and restored vehicle. When you pick up your vehicle, we're going to ask you to let us know if there is anything that does not meet your complete satisfaction - in other words, we need you to tell us if we haven't been "consistently awesome."
