Just wanted to let you know I had a "pain-free" experience at Performance Collision last week.  I was rear-ended downtown but the driver was insured by Geico so I ended up at your repair shop - great people, great service, quick -repair in 2 days with a new bumber, hassle-free.

"Lexus Repair"

I wanted to let you know I recently had my Lexus in to the Collision Center for repairs (ugh) due to my inattention in my own driveway.  I was naturally quite disgusted with the situation, and not looking forward to taking my car for an estimate.

 

Joe Presley greeted me upon arrival and immediately inspected my car.  I was quite impressed with his turnaround on the repair estimate and he told me he would call me the next day with details.  Joe's attention to detail at all times was very much appreciated and my car was repaired on schedule as promised.  Upon my return, Rich also made a point to introduce himself and made sure I was pleased with the repairs.

 

I was very impressed with your staff and the entire operation, John.

"Helpful Technicians"

Very satisfied I hired Performance Collision after my car was given a good sized door ding in a parking lot. I was happy with the estimate given to me, and gave them the go-ahead. Matt, the technician, not only fixed the door ding, but also went out of his way to fix a couple of other small things for me, which included a rust spot that had begun near the ding. Overall, I was satisfied with the job that was done on my car. I don't remember how long it took for them to do it, but it doesn't matter as long as the job is done professionally.

Performance Collision Center After the hail storm I took our vehicle to PCC. There were tons of dings and dints all over the body of my vehicle. PCC was able to get our car in the next day! After picking it up, I could not have been happier! The body looks just like new! Thanks
